Due to the customisation of our range we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. If the item is faulty, we will replace it like for like.

Health & Hygiene
For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund the following products: Underwear, socks, swimwear, hats (unless faulty).

Processing Times
We will try to process your exchange as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to action your exchange.

What to return
Please return your faulty item in the original packaging, along with the packing slip.
